Personal data and other
We may collect personal data from Users in a variety of ways. Users may be asked for, inter alia, name, email address or other personal data. UCP shall not share, sell, trade, or rent Users personal data to any third parties without your express consent.
Accessing and updating personal data, as well as other information
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal data is correct and current.
You may, in accordance with applicable data protection legal provisions, request the access, rectification, erasure or blocking of your personal data, as well as oppose to treatment thereof, and UCP shall endeavour to do so, without excessive costs and as promptly as practical, unless UCP is required to keep such data pursuant to applicable legal provisions.
Please note that a reasonable period of time may be required to amend, delete or remove the mentioned data from the Site and/or our backup systems.
As permitted under applicable legal provisions, Users may, at any time and within reasonable criteria, request additional information concerning data collection, storage and processing practices, as well as regarding the purposes of the data collection.
